DQ1 - How can you create a personal plan to develop positive habits around social behaviors, mental health and physical health? I can create a plan by coming up with ideas like setting reminders on my phone to eat proper healthy food, maybe start a membership at the gym to keep me committed and motivated to go to the gym because ill be paying for it, then for my mental health set a reminder to read every night before sleeping early.

I can share them that my friends, family, music, reading and skating brings me joy.
