My Physical Health Plan You will need to develop 15 different plans/ideas to address different aspects of your physical health.
1.Eat healthy foods to stay in fit or have a healthy body that makes you happy and look good.
2. play sports like basket ball, soccer, football, or skateboard.
3. go take a jog outside because it helps you clear your mind keeps your body moving.
4. drink lots of water everyday
5. get lots of good sleep everyday by not sleeping late and fixing your sleep schedule
6.limit snacks like hot Cheetos, snickers, paletas, gansitos, tostilocos and such.
7.go to the gym and exercise or at home, research workout techniques.
8.limit screen time and avoid too much technology lie being on your phone too much, and watching tv.
9.avoid junk food and sugar like fast food, sweets, and sodas
10. Have physical goals to reach like reaching your dream body, getting into a sports club or team.
11. create a plan for your goal and figure out what to do first and what you'll need to do to reaching the goal
12. go to the park with your friends or alone whenever you are free and play with kites if you have one and just do fun activities outside like playing tag or hiding seek even if your not a child.
13.Eat fruits like apple, oranges, and my personal favorite chocolate covered strawberries.
14.spend time with friends outside somewhere like exploring mysterious places and having fun.
15. go hike in the morning and listen to music.
