Eating good is obviously a good benefit for your body and mind. This can help you feel good about your self and take care of your body and prevent bad diseases or illnesses later in your life.
The first step is to create a goal for your self that you can be really committed to working on your physical appearance so when you achieve that goal you feel good about your self and look good.
Creating a plan on how you will reach this goal like having your dream body or getting into a sports club, anything like that can help you keep up and create new healthy routines until you reach that goal and at the same time you'll learn more and have more sense in your self care.
