You will need to develop 15 different plans/ideas to address different aspects of your mental health
1. Take a walk outside
2. listen to music
3. surround yourself with good people that can distract you frequently and make you laugh
4. isolate yourself from people when you feel the need to
5. distance your self from negative people or delete people out your life that's not good for your well being.
6. eat your favorite foods that make you happy
7.do something you enjoy doing.
8.learn new stuff/skills
9.try reading
10.try going to sleep early and get enough sleep
11.help people out with something good or do something good for people
12.take care of your self
13.be social and talk to new people that have the same interest as you
14.go to the gym or exercise at home
15.sleep on your free time, take lots of naps.
